Do you accept insurance?
I am proudly contracted by two amazing women-owned practices in Maryland. Both accept a variety of insurance plans. 


Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! I see clients in all counties via telehealth through Adams Counseling Services and in-person at Wye Oak Therapeutic Services in Stevensville, MD. 
 

How do I know if therapy is right for me or my child?
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just unsure how to help yourself or your child—you don’t have to figure it out alone. Therapy is a great place to gain clarity, learn new tools, and feel supported.
